Hiring Of Staff

Catering Staff

Let our friendly staff take the work out of your function.
Our Staff bring with them their own deep fryer, oil, serving trays, tongs, baking trays, dipping bowls, and cleaning products.

Our staff are hired on the basis that they will be preparing food purchased from The Party Pantry. (minimum $100 for one staff member and $150 for two staff members). Our staff are able to cook and serve food that you have supplied as well as food that is purchased from our store. If you are supplying some of your own food, please provide us with a list of that food at least 1 week prior to your function.

Unless delivery has been arranged and paid for, you will need to pick your order up from the Party Pantry. Our staff do not bring the food with them.

Bar Tenders / Bar Staff ( RSA Accredited )

We can also arrange for fully qualified and accredited Bar Staff to service your function. Our Bar Tenders/ Bar staff are accredited RSAs and provide a responsible service of alcohol. The attached link explains some of the frequently asked questions about the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Costs to hire staff (Catering and Bar staff)

1 staff $170.00 – We suggest you hire one staff member if your party is 50 people or less (min 4 hours).
2 staff $280.00 - 50 to 100 people

3 staff $440.00 - 100 to 150 people

4 staff $540.00 - 150+

All payments for food and staff are to be finalised a week prior to your function.
