REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY we do not refund because you have changed your mind, didn’t use or no longer require your items.  We refund for faulty goods only.

Cancellations

Cancellation Due to Covid

A store credit will be given if an order needs to be cancelled due to Covid less any non recoverable charges.  There is no credit or refund on special orders (items ordered in especially for your order).   There will be a charge if orders have been packed or balloons prepared as per our regular terms.  There will be no credit if balloons have been inflated.

Cancellation of Food Orders:

A 25% cancellation and restocking fee will apply to an order or part thereof cancelled prior to the delivery/pickup date.

No refund will be given for fresh food cancelled within 4 days of delivery/pickup date.

Cancellation of Balloon Orders:

A 25% cancellation and restocking fee will apply to all balloon orders cancelled prior to delivery/pickup date and not completed.

A 100% cancellation fee will apply to all balloon orders already completed.

Cancellation of Hire Equipment

A 25% cancellation fee will apply to all hire equipment cancelled 7 days or more prior to hire date.

A 50% cancellation fee will apply to all hire equipment cancelled 3 to 6 days prior to hire date.

A 100% cancellation fee will apply to all hire equipment cancelled 2 days or less prior to hire date.

Cancellation of Waitstaff

A 10% of deposit cancellation fee will apply if cancelled prior to one month of function.

Deposit non refundable if cancelled within one month of function.
